Why the strange title? Because it’s an easy-to remember metaphor for what we do –– align organizations. Chiropractors align the human skeleton and other structures to maximize a person’s growth, health and performance. That’s what we do with organizations. Continuing the metaphor, the head represents the
organization’s leadership and direction, the spine represents the organization’s systems and structures, and the limbs represent the organization’s personnel and their performance.
